The Skinny: Well that was easy enough. This place listed for $1.25M on July 30 and went pending within the week at that price. A pretty classic midcentury (1948) that's got great views and sits on a huge corner lot. The home could use some updating (and we'd change out those grated columns out front) but it's a good base to start from.
