Yesterday, we asked you to guess the asking price for this 5-BR duplex in Greenwood. Farrahfan was pretty spot-on with their guess of $995K. The actual asking price: $975K. It's up to you whether or not this is two residences or one big single-family home. Either way, you get a peaceful garden landscape, renovated rooms and vintage touches. We like the wood stove, stained glass doors and "hidden" sauna. We assume they're taking the walrus head and the garden bathtub with them...shame. So now that you know the price, do you think it sounds worth it?
