Unico Properties, who owns the Smith Tower, recently uploaded a GoPro video featuring chief engineer Cory Jackson (and trusty assistant Moses) as he changes the American flag at the very top. You might notice that Jackson starts out in a cozy-looking room before ascending up the ladder. That would be penthouse where the very lucky Franklin family lives.
