Welcome back to Curbed Comparisons, where we (usually) scour Seattle's rental listings to see what your monthly budget will get you across the city. Today we decided to hop Lake Washington to find out what $2,000/month can get you in Bellevue if you're looking for a 1-BR. You tell us which lease you'd sign.
↑ We begin at Elements Apartments where you can get a 705 square-foot 1-BR for $2,018/month. This luxury apartment complex is right smack in the middle of downtown Bellevue. If the unit in the photos is the one in question, it's very skinny and very swanky. Not your usual rental fixtures (looking at you, bath tub). Plus there's no shortage of tall windows to look out of. You know it's fancy when there's lobby installations by Dale Chihuly.
↑ Next up, Avalon Towers Bellevue where you can get a 710-square-foot 1-BR for $2,105/month. One block from Bellevue Square, this LEED Certified building includes a huge rooftop fitness center, sun deck, resident lounge and rooftop clubhouse.
↑ Next we head to AMLI At Bellevue Park where you can get an 824 square-foot 1-BR for $2,005/month. Located in the heart of Old Bellevue, the building comes with a fitness center, business center and conference room. The unit itself features tall ceilings, a private patio and a kitchen "cove" setup that's a bit different than the norm.
↑ On to Metro 112 where you can get a 767 square-foot 1-BR for $2,015/month. All of the usual building amenities are here: rooftop terrace with BBQ grilling stations & firepit, 24-hour fitness center, entertainment suite and courtyard. The units look spacious enough and let in lots of light through big windows.
↑ Finally we end with Limestone Court where you can get a 979 square-foot 1-BR for $2,037.month. Not as modern as some of the other options but you do get more space, a patio with double access points and an office/2nd bedroom space. You're also just around the corner from Bellevue Square.
