DOWNTOWN -- Crescent Heights Inspirational Living, which is apparently a developer and not some weird religious organization, has paid $48.75 million for a property at 701 Fourth Avenue and has plans to build a 1.2 million-square-foot, mixed-use tower. Plans call for 840 residential units, 160,000 square feet of office, 30,000 square feet of retail and 400 parking stalls. [DJC]

BELLTOWN -- Real estate investment firm Heitman Capital Management has purchased Dimension by Alta at 225 Cedar Street for $144 million. Wood Partners is the seller of the 298-unit mixed-use building, which was completed in 2014. Heitman has also recently purchased Premiere on Pine and owns an Amazon-occupied office tower. [PSBJ]

BELLEVUE -- Bosa Development has closed a deal on a 1.2-acre property at Bellevue Way Northeast and Second Street. The local developer has submitted plans to build a 22-story residential and retail tower there though there is no timeline. A Robbins Brothers jewelry store and two restaurants are currently located on the property. [PSBJ]
