Last Week's Biggest Sales: Sand Point Waterfront For $2.4M

Listed for: $2.495M
Received: $2.365M
Size: 4-BR, 2.75-bath, 4,070 sf.
Location: 8746 Sand Point Wy NE, Sand Point
The Skinny: They tried to sell this place in 2012 with no lucky. Three years later, they got what they were looking for after just a few months on the market. This Contemporary hugs the shore and comes with it's own dock and moorage. Particularly eye-catching is the beautifully-manicured grounds that include an in-ground swimming pool and deck overlooking the water.

Listed for: $1.785M
Received: $1.665M
Size: 5-BR, 4-bath, 4,028 sf.
Location: 2037 34th Ave S, Mt. Baker
The Skinny: This Pb Elemental home built by Brookwil looks like it might tip over but clearly the new buyers seem convinced of it's durability. The modern home was listed for sale in June and took a few price drops to get here. Full of great features and amenities, it also includes an ADU and two-car garage.

Listed for: $1.625M
Received: $1.612M
Size: 3-BR, 2.25-bath, 3,000 sf.
Location: 101 Euclid Ave, Leschi
The Skinny: This arched-roofed Leschi home was one of our PriceSpotters a while back. Last sold in 2013 for $1.38M, this 3-BR, 2.25-bath modern boasts lots of windows, lots of stairs and lots of wood. We're partial to the hot tub on the top floor and the framed view one of those arches provides out on Lake Washington. Guess the new owner is as well.
