The Skinny: We profiled this place in our Pricespotter game back when it listed for $3.88M. The 1929 Tudor was built by noted architect William J. Bain. It's full of wonderful features including high ceilings, a paneled library with built-in bookshelves, sunken living room with fireplace and a private dining room behind double mahogany paneled doors. The pool's not too shabby either.

Kitchen features Thermador appliances and classic Calacatta Marble. This one took all of six days to go pending before it sold.
