Pricespotter: How much for this modern take on midcentury in Bellevue?

This place might look like it was originally built in the 1960s but it's actually from 2007

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from a real estate listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What Is It?: 4-BR, 3-bath home in Bellevue's Eaglesmere neighborhood
Home Square Footage: 3,710
Taxes: $9,835
The Skinny: We wouldn't blame you for thinking this place was originally built in 1956. It has all the midcentury trappings you'd expect to find in a home constructed back then. Butterfly roof, walls of windows, strong wood interiors. However, it was actually built in 2007 in homage to the era. The bonus being that this isn't a midcentury that's been renovated, it's a "midcentury" still in prime condition. Great materials include custom fir cabinets, mahogany floors, and ironwood terraces. There's even solar panels up top as a nod to the next midcentury ahead of us.

So, knowing all of this, how much do you think they're asking for it?
