Seattle's 10 most expensive one-bedroom condos, charted

From $699,000 all the way up to $2.195M

NeighborhoodX shared with us the below chart that details the ten most-expensive, one-bedroom condos currently on the market. They run the range from $699,000 all the way up to $2.195M, although the most expensive of those could be considered a loft given its size if you're going to get technical about it.

Most of the units located in either Belltown but there's also a few in Downtown and even one out in Madrona. At the very top of the list is the luxury residence in Grandview designed by Jim Olson of Olson Kundig. It's asking $2.195M ($779/sq. ft.) The only other place on the list asking over a million is a live/work in the award-winning Banner Building. That'll run you $1.095M ($503/sq. ft.).

Looking at price per foot, a one-bedroom 24th floor unit at Insignia by Bosa is asking a whopping $1,008 a foot, itself 792 square feet ($799K).
