Last week's biggest sales: 68-acre Redmond farm estate gets $5.3M

The sale price ended up somewhere in between two very distinct asking prices

Listed for: $6.95M
Received: $5.25M
Size: 6-BR, 4.5-bath, 5,700 sf.
Location: 521 Redmond Fall City Rd SE, Redmond
The Skinny: The price history on this 68-acre estate is a bit all over the place. After listing for $6.95M back in 2012, it went on and off the market at that price for a few years. All of a sudden in October 2015 they brought the price all the way down to $3.895M. On and off the market it went once again, perhaps with less property involved. Finally, it sells four years after listing for $5.25M. We'll just throw our hands up and keep moving...

Listed for: $3.698M
Received: $3.51M
Size: 5-BR, 4.25-bath, 4,390 sf.
Location: 16 Crescent Key, Bellevue
The Skinny: Located on 112-feet of canal frontage in Newport Shores, this custom home was rebuilt in 2014. Interiors include grand design with custom mill-work, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors throughout, and multiple master suites. Originally listed in May 2015, this one took a little bit of time and a slight price-chop to find it's buyer.

Listed for: $2.95M
Received: $3.25M
Size: 5-BR, 4.75-bath, 3,560 sf.
Location: 6669 L NE Windermere Road, Windermere
The Skinny: On the opposite side of the spectrum to our previous sales, this one went up on September 7 and went pending a week later, eventually closing for $300K over ask. Built in 1967, this place combines Northwest Contemporary with midcentury modern on the shores of Lake Washington.
