Welcome back to Curbed Comparisons, where we scour Seattle's rental listings to see what your monthly budget will get you across the city. Today we decided to take a look at $1,300/month around the city. You tell us which lease you'd sign.
Here’s a 500 square-foot studio in The University Regency for $1,295/mo. Cute setup, especially in the vintage kitchen. More likely to be a UW student’s place of choice but anyone who wants to be close to everything in U District.
Leilani on Greenwood has a 447 square-foot 1-BR for $1,300. Somehow, they fit a full bedroom in there and that leaves plenty of space in the open concept design. Also comes with a washer/dryer in the unit
The Biltmore Apartments in Capitol Hill is offering a vintage studio for $1,300 as well. The unit includes classic decor, hardwoods, and a large central living space. There’s laundry onsite and they’re pet-friendly. Pretty cool-looking building from the outside as well.
Lofts at the Junction has a modern studio available for $1,309/month. Units are full of recent touches, including quartz countertops and tile backsplash in the “kitchen” and washer/dryer and soft-close cabinetry in the unit. Big windows overlook the surroundings and you’re relatively close to everything going on in The Junction.
We close with a 700 square-foot walk-out studio in Madison Valley for $1,295/mo. Pretty open space to be decorated as you wish. The columns give it a bit of a unique look and feel. You’re also in a good location with many great restaurants and bars within walking distance.
