Big Reveal: $725K for this West Seattle Craftsman with character

This Artist's Craftsman home has been extensively remodeled as it comes up on it's 100-year anniversary.

Yesterday we asked you to guess the asking price for this three bedroom home in West Seattle's Arbor Heights neighborhood originally built in 1917 on a 7,980 sf. lot. Commenter MichaelMack took at a stab at $995K and that was close enough.

The actual asking price: $725K.

This place is described as an "Artist's Craftsman home" and has been extensively remodeled as it comes up on it's 100-year anniversary. Some really beautiful touches throughout, including that wallpaper in the living room, a cozy study/reading room, shoji doors that separate the bedroom and outdoors, and a backyard patio made for get-togethers and meals. That's a wood-fire brick oven out back as well. There's a mixture of luxury and comfortable artistry at place here, making it a unique home in West Seattle.

So now that you know the price, do you think that sounds about right?
