If you're looking for something in the median rent range in West Seattle, here's your options

Welcome back to Curbed Comparisons, where we scour Seattle's rental listings to see what your monthly budget will get you across the city. Today we decided to take a look at $1,800/month and find out what, if anything, you can get for that in West Seattle. You tell us which lease you'd sign.

Let's begin at Marq West Seattle in North Delridge where you can get a one-bedroom unit for $1,788/month. The LEED God certified building is full of quality amenities that you'd expect in a modern apartment complex, including an electric car charging station. The two-level unit itself offers hardwoods, Energy Star appliances, and a spacious bedroom.

Now we head to Broadstone Sky at The Junction where a 569 square-foot 1-BR is available for $1,780/month. The units look like quality modern living spaces and you get some nice views out of big windows. Just two blocks from the literally junction, it's a prime location for the nightlife and enjoying the neighborhood as well.

We stay in The Junction where Mural offers a 667 square-foot 1-BR for $1,795/month. Despite the size this one straddles the line between Open 1-BR and 1-BR with a "bedroom" in the middle. It's a skinny setup but still offers some modern living opportunities. It's another place where the location is prime if you're looking to take advantage of everything Junction neighborhood has to offer.

Now we go back to North Delridge where Aura West Seattle has a 706 sqaure-foot 1-BR available for $1,800/month. The ad is skimpy on what the units actually look like and instead shows off a lot of their staging furniture. We found some more photos over on their website, though. The location is really good for commuters who want easy access to West Seattle Bridge.

Finally we return to The Junction where Junction Flats has a 729 square-foot 1-BR available for $1,780/month. Units here are all about energy-efficiency and feature energy-efficient kitchen appliances, large windows to bring in natural light and a full-size washer and dryer. Location-wise, you're just north of all the action.
