Big Reveal: $1.99M for 1930 Normandy Tudor In Denny Blaine

Would it surprise you to find out the owner is an interior designer?

Yesterday we asked you to guess the asking price for this 4-BR, 3.25-bath Normandy Tudor in Denny Blaine. It’s a unique home so apparently it was a bit of a stumper. We’ll just go ahead and spoil it for you and say the actual asking price is...$1.99M.

Would it surprise you to find out the owner is an interior designer? This place already has a castle-like vibe outside, but inside it’s full of fantastic features and charm. The kitchen boasts a French bistro atmosphere thanks to the black and terra cotta floor tiles and vintage reproduction light pendants. The copper-painted dome ceiling in the dining room gives it a sumptuous setting for dinner parties. The bedroom under the peaked roof is an especially delightful in-home retreat. Outside, the garden won a Northwest Design Award.

So now that you know the asking price, does that sound about right to you?
