Clark Design Group returns to face the design review board on December 1 for what they hope will be a recommendation on plans for a mixed-user at 4532 42nd Avenue SW in West Seattle.

Located along the same block as Oregon 42 and Capco Plaza, plans call for a six-story building with 77 residential units, 5,500 square-foot of ground floor retail and 80 parking stalls located on one level of below grade parking. Retail spaces will front 42nd Avenue SW and the five floors of residential units and building utilities will face the alley to the east. Three open 1-BRs and another 1-BR will share the ground floor with the commercial space.

Up top, there will be a rooftop deck that will include planting strips and potted trees among the amenity space. There will also be terraces for several east-facing units and balconies for many of the south and east-side units.
