Pricespotter: How much for this renovated Capitol Hill 4-BR?

New, 2 comments

Originally built in 1908, they’ve upgraded the hell out of the place

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from a real estate listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What Is It?: 4-BR, 2.25-bath house in Capitol Hill

Home Square Footage: 2,100

Taxes: $5,260

The Skinny: Originally built in 1908, this 23rd Avenue home has been renovated, retrofitted, and remodeled for modern living. That said, they’ve kept a lot of the original quirks to give it some personality. The corner-pocket fireplace in the living room is a nice touch and there’s a clear sense of the original layout still in play. But there’s also plenty of great upgrades. The kitchen gleams and seems like the kind of place you could film a cooking show in a pinch. The converted dresser in one of the bathrooms shows off the playful spirit behind a lot of the remodel as well. Out back, raised beds, multiple patio spaces, and a full garage complete the package.

So, knowing all of this, how much do you think they're asking for it?
