Next up we head to Fremont where a 431-square-foot studio is available at The Bowman for $1,609/month. Units are light and bright and come with a sleek modern look. The location puts you within walking distance of both Wallingford and Fremont action.
Now we go to First Hill where Landes if offering a 536-square-foot one-bedroom for $1,599/month. Lots of modern apartment complex amenities included. Units come with gas range with microwave, Karndean wood flooring, stainless steel appliances, large windows, and full size washer/dryer.
Finally we find a 468-square-foot studio at The Heights on Capitol Hill for $1,610/month. Super-bright units here, featuring floor to ceiling windows and great views outside of them. One block from Broadway & Olive, you’re right in the middle of all the neighborhood action.
