What $1,600 rents you right now around Seattle

Welcome back to Curbed Comparisons, where we scour Seattle's rental listings to see what your monthly budget will get you across the city. Today we decided to take a look at $1,600/month around the city. You tell us which lease you'd sign.

We start in Belltown where Skye at Belltown has a 504-square-foot studio available for $1,610/month. The 18-story building comes with a Walk Score of 97 and plenty of nice amenities. Depending on where the apartment is, you could potentially have a killer Seattle view as well.

Next we head to Ballard where Urbana has a 443-square-foot studio asking $1,608/month. This LEED Gold Certified building makes a lot of their community about healthy living and sustainable practices. Units feature stainless steel appliances, front load washer/dryer, wood-style flooring and 9-foot. ceilings.

Next up we head to Fremont where a 431-square-foot studio is available at The Bowman for $1,609/month. Units are light and bright and come with a sleek modern look. The location puts you within walking distance of both Wallingford and Fremont action.

Now we go to First Hill where Landes if offering a 536-square-foot one-bedroom for $1,599/month. Lots of modern apartment complex amenities included. Units come with gas range with microwave, Karndean wood flooring, stainless steel appliances, large windows, and full size washer/dryer.

Finally we find a 468-square-foot studio at The Heights on Capitol Hill for $1,610/month. Super-bright units here, featuring floor to ceiling windows and great views outside of them. One block from Broadway & Olive, you’re right in the middle of all the neighborhood action.
