With Seattle’s Insignia condo towers well on their way to being sold out and successful, Bosa Development has turned it’s attention to their next project. They have announced plans for One88, a 21-story luxury condo tower in Downtown Bellevue.
That’s rare news as very few condo building have gone up in the Eastside hub since the recession, but given the way Bellevue’s housing prices and rents have boomed even more than Seattle, and the impending expansion of light rail in the region, it seems like it was only a matter of time.
Plans call for 143 residential units that include one-, two- and three-bedroom residences as well as penthouses. The building will be located at the intersection of Bellevue Way Northeast and Northeast Second Street, close to Downtown Park, The Shops At The Bravern and The BellevueCollection.
Amanat Architect has been named project architect and Hirsch Bedner Associates named as the interior design firm. Bosa still has to go through the review process but groundbreaking is expected in early 2017.
