Tell us if this has happened to you before.
You’re driving on I-5. It is rush hour. You’re pretty sure you’re in the lane you need to be in to make your exit. And then you realize it...you’re supposed to be in two lanes over. And it’s coming up quick. And no one is letting you in. Traffic is bumper-to-bumper. OH MY GOD YOU’RE SCREWED!!!
This all-too-common predicament has led to many an internalized (and external) road rage moment around Seattle. Redditor 47-122 decided to do something about.
I get annoyed when I can't figure out what lane I need to be in ahead of time, so I made this map of southbound I-5 through Seattle.
They created a full map that details which lane you need to be in to make sure you get off at the exit you want going southbound. It makes for a nice little cheatsheet you can reference before you get in your car.

It’s one of those things you didn’t realize you needed until you got it.
