Bellevue and Medina were home to the biggest home sales last week

Let’s take a look at the most expensive home sales around King County from last week. The Eastside usually dominates the luxury home sale scene and last week was no different as two of the top homes came from Bellevue and the other is in Medina.

Listed for: $3.488M

Received: $3.35M

Size: 6-BR, 5.5-bath, 6,100 sf.

Location: 1509 102nd Ave NE, Bellevue

The Skinny: This brand-new, sprawling luxury home is chocked full of features like a kitchen with top of the line appliances, two master suites, and a lower-level game room with entertainment bar, media room & wine cellar. Spent a little over two months on the open market and got almost what it was asking for.
