Welcome back to Curbed Comparisons, where we scour Seattle's real estate listings to see what your budget will get you across the city. Today we decided to see if it was still possible to find a few decent opportunities in the $300K range. You tell us which one you'd buy.

Let’s begin in North Capitol Hill where you can get a 558 square-foot 1-BR condo for $295,000. The bathroom and kitchen were recently remodeled and new siding and windows were also installed. There’s a nice private patio off the bedroom of this first-level unit.

Now let’s head to the West Seattle neighborhood of Puget Ridge close to North Delridge where you can get a 740 square-foot 2-BR house for $285,000. Whatever notions you have about a $300K house in Seattle are put to bed by the charming interiors of this updated 1938 bungalow. They pack a lot into the tiny space and there’s a 12x8 studio/storage shed out back for whatever you can’t fit.

Now we go to Rainier Beach where a 1,224 square-foot 2-BR condo is available for $312,999. That’s a pretty sweet marina view and the building includes a heated swimming pool, party room, and easy access to the yacht club. The spacious condo is bright throughout and features a pretty sizable kitchen space.

Over in First Hill you’ll find a 660-square-foot 1-BR available for $285,000. Located inside The Decatur, which was designed by Space Needle architect John Graham, this first floor unit was remodeled in 2012 and has no adjoining walls to neighbors. You’re one block from multiple hospitals, if that does anything for you.

Finally we head to Rainier Valley where you’ll find a 1,200 square-foot 1-BR house available for $312,500. This 1947 Cape Cod has been updated and sits in the middle of a wooded, fully-fenced lot. Cute gem of a home that comes with a covered deck & backyard patio as well as a walk-out basement that could make for a MIL or rentable apartment.
