How Much Are They Asking For This 1925 Capitol Hill Tudor?

New, 7 comments

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from a real estate listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What Is It?: 3-BR, 1.75-bath Capitol Hill Tudor built in 1925
Home Square Footage: 2,340
Taxes: $8,122
The Skinny: It's your classic Capitol Hill Tudor, complete with leaded glass French doors, coved ceilings, and gorgeous woodwork. It's been updated, of course, with refinished hardwood floors and a remodeled kitchen. Upstairs, the woodwork has been refinished and stained with new crown molding. The subway-bricked bathrooms are a nice touch as well. Visually, we'd prefer to see the chimney on the side of the house instead of right out front. So, knowing what you know, how much do you think they're asking?
