Tuesday, we asked you to guess the asking price for this 3-BR, 1.75-bath Capitol Hill Tudor built in 1925. Commenter mickmatt said "It really is hard to guess without knowing street/view, but I would guess 1.2, maybe more if the yard is nice." Well apparently it's not THAT hard because the actual asking price is $1.195M. It's your classic Capitol Hill Tudor, complete with leaded glass French doors, coved ceilings, and gorgeous woodwork. It's been updated, of course, with refinished hardwood floors and a remodeled kitchen. Upstairs, the woodwork has been refinished and stained with new crown molding. The subway-bricked bathrooms are a nice touch as well. So, now that you know, do you think the asking price is worth it?
