Yesterday, we asked you to guess the former location of Hesse Restaurant in Seattle. Commenter Della was the first one to guess it perfectly: It's Broadway & John Street in Capitol Hill!

These days the Hesse Restaurant spot is a US Bank with some apartments overtop. You can't see the side of the Del Teet Furniture Store brick building anymore, so no idea if you can still make out the old sign. You can find Hollywood Lofts. There's something about these businesses being replaces by apartments across the board that seems apropos for Seattle's development.
