If you're looking for small living spaces in Queen Anne, The Avalon is usually to place to find them. They don't come much smaller than that 182-square-foot apartment on the bottom level, but by comparison a 350-square-foot co-op sounds downright spacious. Unit 2 on the first-floor just hit the market asking $115,000 (plus $294 HOA) and if your concerns are more about quality than quantity than it might be a good (snug) fit. It's still big enough to have a kitchen space separated by a wall from the main living area/bedroom. It also features 10' ceilings, a walk-in closet, and large windows to let in that previous light. If you're a big Seattle Storm fan you'll be happy to know KeyArena is directly across the street, but even if you're not you know that a good view of the Space Needle is always right there.
