Seattle developer Touchstone has submitted plans for Bellevue 600, a two-tower complex that would include a 34-story, 800,000-square-foot office building and 41-story hotel with 500 rooms. Located at 600 108th Ave. N.E. in downtown Bellevue, the new structures would be expected to be complimentary to the 10-story Bellevue Corporate Plaza already located on the site. NBBJ is listed as the architect and they'll bring the project before the design review board on March 10.
Meanwhile, AMLI Residential has paid $13.3 million for a lot in the Spring District where they plan to add 220 apartments between 120th and 121st avenues northeast. GGLO is said to the architect on the project, which will be the second residential development in the 36-acre space. The project joins Security Properties' five-building apartment complex with 309 residences.
