Last Week's Biggest Sales: Fifteen Twenty-One Luxury Condo Goes For $2.4M

New, 1 comment

Listed for: $2.65M
Received: $2.39M
Size: 2-BR, 1.75-bath, 1,723 sf.
Location: 1521 2nd Ave #2404, Downtown
The Skinny: We're never surprised to see a condo from Fifteen Twenty-One on this list. This 24th-floor unit actually spent six months on the market until a price drop precipitated a pending offer. Elliott Bay-facing views pretty much justify the price on their own.

Listed for: $2.4M
Received: $1.78M
Size: 5-BR, 3.75-bath, 4,237 sf.
Location: 5634 39th Ave W, Magnolia
The Skinny: We notice this Magnolia home featuring a gorgeous Japanese garden by Hoichi Kurisu way back in 2013 when it was asking $2.4M. It received a significant price-chop in 2014 but it wasn't until another year before it sold. It looks beautiful from here, especially the cedar bridge and landscaping. Guess the buyers wanted to make sure they had enough money left to stock the 2,500 bottles in the climate-controlled wine room.

Listed for: $1.89M
Received: $1.75M
Size: 5-BR, 3.25-bath, 4,840 sf.
Location: 8708 NE 20th St, Clyde Hill
The Skinny: This one's being referred to as a "Ralph Anderson-inspired NW Contemporary home" and you can see a couple things that bring Anderson to mind but not that many. The huge deck out back is a big sell and each bedroom comes with its own private balcony.
