Last week, Unit 2400 at Downtown's Fifteen-Twenty One Second Avenue building sold for $2.4M. Apparently there's some kind of Seattle luxury condo rule in place that once one is sold, another must take it's place. Just a few floors down, Unit 1900 hit the market this week looking to see if it could top that with an asking price of $2,450,000. There's reason to think it might be able to come close to matching that sale price too as the 2-BR unit is actually a little it bigger (1,824 sf.). Plus, you know, that view. The living area gives you a full up and down the Seattle waterfront and even into the city behind. The design is very minimalistic so there's plenty of room for personality. Or you can just let the view do the talking for you. The place last sold for $1,920,000 in 2014, so we'll have to keep an eye on it to see if the market responds.
