This place might have been built in 2008 but its clearly trying to showcase some classic influences. The showcase is the view and you get a great way to enjoy it in the living room with big, coved windows. The open kitchen/dining room design makes it a great entertainer's space. The bathroom/closet hybrid assumes only people you're comfortable with will ever be in there. Otherwise you might never use that tub.
