Undercover Boss Lists Overflowing Woodway Estate For $8.5M

American Seafoods CEO Bernt Bodal is looking for a new port to call home.

American Seafoods CEO Bernt Bodal got a chance to see how things work on the ground level, or should we say sea level, when he appeared on the CBS show "Undercover Boss" in 2012. By the end of the episode, Bodal ended up handing out promotions, raises, and donations. Now he's offering up something else: The 4-BR, 5.25-bath Woodway estate that he just listed for a whopping $8,500,000.

Checking in at 11,663 square feet, the residence is a massive French Chateau where a grand staircase greets you upon arrival. Or you can stay in the main floor where you'll find a gourmet kitchen, sitting library and classic dining room that looks like it could have been designed in the 1920's (the house was built in 1992). Huge ceilings make the living room into something more, though the chandelier helps.

There's a movie theater, because of course. Same goes for the four-car garage, greenhouse and guest house. Staying outside you also get a pool, tennis court and massive lawn across almost eight acres of property. Somewhere in there you can land a helicoptor or take a walk along 400 feet of high bank waterfront.
