Big Reveal: Tiny Capitol Hill Condo Asks Tiny Price of $$208K

This 330-square-foot condo won't break your bank but the bed might break your back

Yesterday we asked you to guess the asking price for this 330-square-foot Capitol Hill studio located inside a 1914 building. MichaelMack guessed $215K and was almost spot-on. Actual asking price, just a slightly tinier $208K.

When the Murphy bed is up, it becomes your dinner table and/or card table, depending on who's over. There's no room for a proper dinner table but we're guessing the two-seater at the counter will do you just fine most of the time. You're on the ground floor so you get a street-side view and the building itself has some old Seattle charm and a cute courtyard out front.

So now that you know, does the price sound right to you?
