Good Morning, Seattle: #ManInTree Still Up in Tree

It's a new day but the man who climbed an 80-foot tree in downtown Seattle on Tuesday is still up there

After ascending an 80-foot sequoia tree in downtown Seattle around 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, a man spent the entire day up there while police and firefighters tried to coax him down. The feeling (hope?) was that he'd eventually tire and make his way down by evening.

That almost happened but after descending for a few minutes around 9:00 p.m., he went right back up to the top of the tree. All the while he yelled at first responders, stripping the tree of branches and throwing whatever he could at the crowd below.

It's Wednesday morning now and, somehow, he is still up there in that tree.

And so this very Seattle saga continues as we approach 24 hours of #ManInTree in a tree.
