Roosevelt Development Group and Weinstein A+U are taking their plans for a mixed-use building on the SW corner of the intersection of NE 65th St and 14th Ave NE in Roosevelt before the design review board for a recommendation this evening.
The four-story complex would feature approximately 41 studio apartments, 1,320 sq. ft. of commercial space and eight parking spaces. Plans also call for a bike shop/garage on the ground floor and rooftop terrace with greenery up top.
Based on the total residential square-footage, studio units will average 430 square-feet in size, though plans call for larger units on the corners.
The building's exterior cladding design has a horizontal pattern which is emphasized by changes in color. A strong grey horizontal band wraps the top and base of the upper levels.
