Martin Selig's 36-Story Tower Plans at 3rd & Lenora Adds Apartments

The latest numbers for Martin Selig's Belltown tower call for 330 apartments, 187,000 square feet of office space, 7,000 square feet of ground-level retail and 250 parking spaces.

Tonight, Martin Selig Real Estate and Perkins + Will bring their 36-story tower plans at at 2031 Third Avenue back before the design review board for further recommendation.

Per new documents, it looks like they've downgraded office space plans but upgraded the number of apartments. The latest numbers call for 330 apartments, 187,000 square feet of office space, 7,000 square feet of ground-level retail and 250 parking spaces.

The standout feature is a "multi-story conservatory" at the top of the tower that will be a space for "enjoyment of nature," amongst other things. Enjoy all that nature up there in Belltown.

Per DJC, Selig says construction could begin in July with approval.
