Check Out the Four-Tower Plans For Bellevue International Plaza

New, 1 comment

When its all said and done, Bellevue will have four new towers in it's skyline.

When Bellevue First Congregational Church sold it's prime downtown spot to Plus Investment USA for $30M, you just knew something big was on the horizon. Turns out it was four big things on the horizon.

Initially intent on putting up two towers, the Chinese developer has unveiled full plans for Bellevue International Plaza, which include a condo tower, an apartment tower, a hotel, and an office tower. They apparently want to cover all their bases.

The project is split into two phases. The first phase will be the 355-condo tower and 435-apartment tower set for 112th Avenue Northeast. Plans also call for high-end retailers, a grocery, and around 1,200 underground parking stalls. A 2019 completion date is set but pre-leasing on condos is expected to begin in mid-to-late 2017.

The second phase will include the hotel and office tower, which would go where the church originally stood. Construction on that remains TBD.
