Big Reveal: $2.1M For 1977 Madison Park Home Designed by Earl Powell

Did you guess that this Madison Park house is asking $2.1M?

Yesterday, we asked you to guess the asking price for this 1977 Madison Park home designed by AIA Earl Powell. Assuming the neighborhood would drive the price high, we saw guesses as high as $3.2M. But its actually user bigdawgnumberone who got it really close with a guess of $2.12M.

Actual asking price: $2.1M.

Powell designed this place in 1977 and really made it feel like you're walking into something special. The centerpiece has to be the formal dining room that leads directly out into a sun-filled atrium with brick wall. All three bedrooms are en-suite, plenty of fireplaces and built-ins scattered throughout. And the grounds outside makes it feel like your own personal garden getaway (which we suppose it is). So, based on what you know, do you think its worth the price?
