PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from a real estate listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!
What Is It?: 3-BR, 1.75-bath midcentury in Magnolia
Home Square Footage: 2,700
Taxes: $17,787
The Skinny: Designed by noted architect Paul Hayden Kirk, this 1957 residence has kept a watchful eye from it's cliff-side perch ever since. Lots of era-specific details intact, including a wall of windows and big wooden built-ins. Looks like lots of the furnishings might have been from 1957 as well, though we're digging that vintage wet bar setup. The grounds outside have been well-manicured and help create a unique sense of place outside of Seattle.
So, knowing all of this, how much do you think they're asking for it?
