Yesterday we asked you to guess the asking price for this midcentury modern in Magnolia designed by architect Paul H. Kirk. MichaelMack guessed $1.99M but worried he has "a tendency to guess too high." Turns out that you're on the opposite side of the spectrum this week as the 1957 home perched on a cliff is actually asking a whopping $3.35M.
Lots of era-specific details intact, including a wall of windows and big wooden built-ins. Looks like lots of the furnishings might have been from 1957 as well, though we're digging that vintage wet bar setup. The grounds outside have been well-manicured and help create a unique sense of place outside of Seattle.
So, now that you know the asking price, do you think that sounds worth it?
