Cornerspotter is the Curbed Seattle feature in which we show you a historical photo taken somewhere in the city and you identify the location. Impress fellow Curbed readers with your knowledge by leaving guesses in the comments or send them to our tipline: seattle@curbed.com. We'll post the answer on Friday. And hey: no cheating!
We're gonna be honest with you, we've made this choice pretty easy. Sure, it's over 100 years old, but you can either figure it out because of the iconic tower in the distance that still stands or you can't. We suppose there may be some question as to the cross-street, at least. And you'll really wow us if you can tell us a story about Piper & Taft Sporting Goods...
So, what intersection do you think this photo was taken at?
