Last Week's Biggest Sales: Bridle Trails 5-BR Lands $3.5M

This week's biggest sales took place in Bellevue, Broadmoor, and Portage Bay

Listed for: $3.6M
Received: $3.47M
Size: 5-BR, 4.25-bath, 6,604 sf.
Location: 3218 134th Ave NE, Bellevue
The Skinny: Listed near the end of February, this Bridle Trailes home in Bellevue went pending about a month and a half later at just under asking price. The new construction is a blend of Nantucket & Northwest Contemporary. It's all about big, open spaces, including the master shower, which looks like it's bigger than some micro-apartments.

Listed for: $2.895M
Received: $2.55M
Size: 4-BR, 2.5-bath, 5,010 sf.
Location: 3417 E Shore Drive, Broadmoor
The Skinny: This luxury home on the 11th hole of the Broadmoor Golf Course hit the market in September but after a couple months without bites started bringing the price down. Eventually the buyer came down even more and ended up getting almost $350K under initial ask. The 1938 residence is made for entertaining and enjoying the surroundings with an open floor plan and big walls for all your artwork. Nice pool out back, too.

Listed for: $1.916M
Received: $1.916M
Size: 4-BR, 3-bath, 4,300 sf.
Location: 2716 10th Avenue E, Portage Bay
The Skinny: Built in 1909, we like the way this home has been updated but maintains a lot of that original charm as well as some extra features you just don't tend to get anymore. Window ledges you can sit on, built-ins that make the room, spaces simply just to enjoy the view from inside. We're not surprised this place got what it asked for. You don't this kind of charm too often anymore.
