Queen Anne 7-11 Spot Turning Into New Mixed-Use Complex

New, 1 comment

What has long been a place for people to get their Slurpees will now be a place to call home

Blueprint 800 and S+H Works are bringing their plans for a mixed-use project at 800 5th Avenue N on the southeastern slope of Queen Anne Hill before the design review board for early guidance on Tuesday.

Plans currently call for roughly 66 residential units, four live/work units, 1,735 sf. ft. of retail space and 53 bike parking stalls. No vehicle parking is currently required or planned. Up top there will be the requisite rooftop deck with gathering spaces, BBQs and lounging areas.

The closed 7-11 store and it's parking lot currently located on the site will be demolished. Find a new place to get your beef jerky.
