Owners Jeff and Carey Steingraber and KOArchitecture present their plans for a residential complex at 3860 Bridge Way N. in Wallingford to the design review board on Monday for early design guidance.
Plans call for a five-story building with 18 residential units and five live/work units. No parking is included.
According to estimates the average size of apartments will be 694 square-feet and the average size of the live/work units will be 700 square-feet.
The complex is planned for a triangular site where Bridge Way N meets Woodland Park Avenue N. A four-module setup will give the building a different look than the expected triangle design. There is one existing building on the site and an historic referral will be submitted to the Historic Preservation Board prior to scheduling construction.
