Former Seahawks LB Bruce Irvin Sells Renton Home For $646K

The former Sehawk, now Raider, went pending on his Renton home in just a week

Not every Seattle Seahawks player lives in a million-dollar mansion. Some live in unassuming homes on quiet Renton streets so they can be close to The VMAC without blowing their entire contract on luxury amenities.

That was the case for former Seahawks linebacker Bruce Irvin, who bought the 3-BR at 100 Shadow Avenue NE in Renton back in 2013 after he joined the NFL team. He bought the home brand-new for $539K.

Irvin left the Seahawks to play for the Oakland Raiders this off-season and last week the house officially sold for $646K. It had been listed at $618K and, as so many houses do in this market, it went pending within a week.

The new owner gets a 2,660 square-foot home in great condition and full of modern features, especially in the kitchen. The covered porch out back overlooks a private backyard where Irvin and his son often created some memorable football moments of their own.
