Greenwood Ave Investors and Encore Architects unveil updated plans and designs for their four-story structure planned at 9039 Greenwood Avenue N tonight for the design review board.
Dubbed Greenwood Apartments, the complex will feature approximately 80 residential units and 50 parking spaces in a complex comprised of four wood frame levels over two levels of below grade concrete podium. The project site area is 22,261 square-feet across two adjacent parcels.
The preferred "Double Terrace" design focuses on creating a rhythm of modulation that draws direct relationship to the ground level. Three single-level Live/Work units and dual two-story Live/Work lofts would be placed on the ground level, the latter of which would include entry courts to help create their own designated space on the sidewalk. Units would range from studios to two-bedrooms.
A rooftop deck and amenity space is planned for up top as well.
