Check Out 'University Place at Union Bay' & Its Cool Food Court

Rednerings for a planned mixed-use complex in U Village shows off the trendiest food court in town

University Place WA LLC and DLR Group will present their plans for their six-story project at 4609 Union Bay Place NE to the design review board tonight for a potential recommendation.

Dubbed University Place at Union Bay, this 244-unit mixed-use project would also include 21,000 square feet of retail space that has been designated for seven businesses, including a food hall and destination restaurant that would be reachable through a 23-foot-tall gateway. Based on this rendering, it also appears to include the coolest food court you've ever seen...

Everyone looks so fancy!

The residential breakdown is set to be 217 studios (312 to 414 sf.) , 22 one-bedrooms (452 to 603 sf.) , and five two-bedrooms (959 sf.). Residents would have access to a second-floor garden as well as a rooftop deck. The project also called for 69 parking spaces and 138 bike stalls.
