Last Week's Biggest Sales: Satya Nadella Gets $2.77M For Clyde Hill Home

The Microsoft CEO listed his 1968-home for $3.5M in January

Listed: $3.488M
Received: $2.775M
Size: 4-BR, 3-bath, 4,050 sf.
Location: 1728 89th Place NE, Clyde Hill
The Skinny: Proof that not everyone is getting what they ask for in this market, not even the CEO of one of the region's biggest companies. Microsoft head honcho Satya Nadella listed his 4,050 square-foot contemporary-style home in January for $3.5M. The price came down a little bit in February but it took until April to go pending. The new owner gets great views downstairs and upstairs from the balcony out of the wall-to-floor windows.

Listed for: $2.638M
Received: $2.638M
Size: 5-BR, 4.75-bath, 5,389 sf.
Location: 2507 101st Lane NE, Bellevue
The Skinny: That's a very specific asking price and a very specific purchase price. Guess everyone involved knew exactly what they wanted. The place had previously been sold twice in 2014 for $2.425M and $2.14M. The main living area is the real showstopper with the staircase wall on one side and huge windows on the other.

Listed: $2.499M
Received: $2.308M
Size: 4-BR, 3.75-bath, 6,858 sf.
Location: 24727 SE 56th Street, Issaquah
The Skinny: Listed at the end of February, this big home on an even bigger lot (4.42 acres) went pending just two weeks later, though the final price came in a little bit lower. You know it's a big house when they describe the "guest wing" in the listing.
