Flipped 1927 Green Lake House Gains Level & $1.05M Price Tag

This Greenlake residence has gone from meh to whoa

The aging house at 1112 N 76th Street in Green Lake was sold last year for $350,000. It has re-emerged on the market with a brand-new look and a brand-new third floor. Now it's asking $1.05M for the new-and-improved version.

On the main level you'll find an open floor plan as well as a kitchen with the requisite stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Pick up a bottle at the wine bar and head out to the large deck out back.

Down below you'll find a family room and extra bedrooms, all of which have their own zoned heating. Upstairs, the master suite includes a fireplace of it's own and bath with shower and soaking tub side-by-side.

Before the renovation there were rocks curiously placed along the sidewalk area and it's nice to see that instead of removing them they've integrated them into the landscaping while also raising the lawn and providing a little more space between the property and the road. The wooden mailbox post is a nice touch, too.

Heads up, your neighbor to the right is big, blocky retail building and Aurora Avenue sits just on the other side of that. But if you're okay with the potential noise, you'll find a wall-appointed hideaway here.
