Pricespotter: How much for this Capitol Hill home plus ADU?

This 2011 house stands out thanks to color and design

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from a real estate listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What Is It?: 4-BR, 3.5-bath Capitol Hill house built in 2011

Home Square Footage: 2,260

Taxes: $3,878

The Skinny: Right off the bat we like the bright colors that draw you in to this custom design. You can see the crow’s nest deck from below that makes you want to travel up top to catch the view. Inside things look modern with very clean lines and angles. Because of the way the house was built rooms are snug but still bright. The ADU is going to come in handy either for guests or as an Airbnb rental for extra income. And as for that crow’s nest, the wood staircase and level leading up is an experience all to itself.

So, knowing all of this, how much do you think they're asking for it?
