Commenter MichaelMack said "based on the size, I would say this is listed at 420K, but wouldn’t be surprised if it sold in the 450-460 range." Well then you really won't be surprised to find out it's actual asking price is $425K.
The 14-foot ceilings allow for a loft hangout high above the kitchen for a very unique perspective. They've turned it into a living room but it could certainly be a second bedroom in a pinch. The rest of the unit is light and clean thanks to huge windows and hardwoods. We like that you can see a few of the units in this building and have a sense of what you're going to get but there's a good chance your specific unit is unique to itself.
