Proposed Licton Springs residential complex bringing more efficiency dwellings to market

The 79-unit complex will be split between open 1-BRs and SEDUs

The Stratford Company and Rutledge Maul Architects will present plans for a four-story residential building in Licton Springs to the design review board this evening.

The project, referred to as 88th & Nesbitt Apartments in documents, calls for 74 total units, 39 open 1-BRs and 35 small efficieny dwelling units (micro-apartments). The actual address is 1141 N 88th Street, around the corner from Aurora Avenue and total sqaure-footage will be 15,376. No parking is planned but there will be bike stall parking.

The rectangular structure will include a residential courtyard in the middle as well as benches and patio space for people to congregate. There will also be a rooftop deck with an amenity space.
